PURCHASE EXTENDED WARRANTY

Protect yourself against playful children, clumsy housekeepers or negligent movers. If you choose to add the extended warranty when you purchase your temple, we will repair or replace your temple at NO COST if it gets broken.

Fine Print: Warranty only valid if purchased at same time with temple. Not valid without certificate (which will be included in delivery.) Must present pieces of broken temple as proof of damage. Does not include shipping in either direction. In the case the artist becomes disabled and can no longer do glasswork, the warranty will not be able to be honored, and no refund will be given.
